- Road test vehicle and verify proper transmission shifting. Lift vehicle and inspect transmission cooler lines for leaks. Drain transmission fluid. Replace drain plug washer. Fill with approved transmission fluid to factory specifications. Check for leaks and road test and verify proper operation.
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Drain engine, radiator, and heater core. Inspect radiator cap and/or coolant reservoir tank cap seal and spring. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Check for leaks and road test vehicle.
