Services Performed
- Technician noted the coolant reservoir was low on coolant. Removed the radiator cap and noted the coolant level was full. Pressure test the cooling system and did not noticed any external leaks.
- Vacuum flush the brake hydraulic system on each wheel. Fill fluid reservoir with approved fluid to the proper level. Road test vehicle and verify proper operation.
- Replaced air filter and cabin filter.
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Drain engine and radiator. Fill the system with new coolant. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Check radiator cap and/or coolant reservoir cap seal. Check for leaks and road test vehicle.
- Replace front brake pads and resurface rotors (if rotors are at or below the minimum thickness allowed, replacing will be required at an extra fee). Inspect brake lines and lubricate caliper slide pins. Road test vehicle and verify proper operation.
- Install new rear brake pads and resurface rotors. Lubricate caliper slide pins and assemble. Adjust brake fluid level and road test vehicle.
- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Outer,Both – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some models. If
- PreRroad test vehicle. Report any noise or vibration or pulling of the suspension. Set tire pressure to specifications. Adjust front and rear alignment angles to factory recommended specifications. Report needed repairs of worn out suspension components. Road test vehicle and verify proper operation.
