    • Technician noted engine trouble code P1420 for a small leak on the evaporative emissions system. After further inspection, technician noted the fuel cap is aftermarket and is not fully sealing. Replace the fuel cap with a factory part. Cleared the trouble code. Customer is advised that it could take up to a week or more for the system to detect a fault. If the same trouble code returns, further inspection will be needed.
